PERSPIRATION
Now for the simplest activity in the Megawatts guide... Wet a part of your body, your hands at a minimum, your whole body if you're feeling adventurous. After the dip, the wet part of your body feels cool. Move your wet body part... It feels cooler still. The faster you move, you will notice a cooler feeling because the water is evaporating more rapidly, absorbing heat in the process. The water is changing from its liquid form to water vapor, its gaseous form. As it does, it produces a cooling effect that you can feel. Sweat is perspiration, your body's built-in cooler.
